The Wisconsin Department of Health Services is required to required to file quarterly reports with the Joint Committee on Finance on their progress investing the opioid settlement funds allocated to the state.

On September 30, 20204, DHS submitted their Fiscal Year 2025 Quarter 1 report of expenditures from the opioid settlement dollars received through the National Prescription Opiate Litigation.
