NOAT II Reporting
For information relative to reporting the expenditure of proceeds from the NOAT II revenues (Mallinckrodt bankruptcy) received in 2023, click here. The packet includes information surrounding the online portal for reporting, the amounts received by each entity and FAQs prepared by the trustee relating to reporting. Please note the deadline for reporting was March 1, 2024.
